We offer a SOLID VARIETY OF SPECIALIZED CLASSES. Spinning® classes are our flagship, but that’s not all we have. Below you can check out a full description and short video preview clip for each of our class types!

StraightUp Spin Classes

Straight up fat melting, power cardio Spin® class. That’s right, stay on that bike, but don’t get comfortable because, as Cat says… “You gotta get comfortable being uncomfortable. CRAVE that burn. That’s how you get results.” Classes range from 45-90 minutes. Studio SWEAT onDemand’s gonna give it to ya, StraightUpSPIN®.

Spin and Sculpt Class

Ever hear the saying, "More muscle means less fat"? That quote defines Studio SWEAT onDemand's Spin®Sculpt hour where participants burn it up on the bike one minute, then hit the floor to pump it up the next. Hello 'Right to BARE Arms' and long lean legs.

Spin Pilates Classes

Ready for a workout that combines the high intensity of Spinning® with the beauty of spinal mobility, core strengthening and body lengthening that comes from Pilates? YES! Meet Studio SWEAT’s Spin®Pilates where you’ll enjoy a non-stop fat torching ride for 30 solid minutes that includes steep climbs and sprints at Race Pace. Then bring it down to the mat for 30 minutes dedicated to improving flexibility, mid-section strength and perfect posture spine re-alignment. Walk away feeling accomplished and rewarded.

Mat Pilates Workouts

This class is the perfect complement to the higher intensity workouts you often experience at Studio SWEAT. Pilates is a series of exercises that will challenge all levels of participants. The order and flow of the exercises encourage flexibility, core and overall body strength, as well as postural re-alignment. The fluidity of the class keeps you moving and challenged for the entire 60 minutes. Time to Strengthen & Lengthen for that lean look and feel. Love it.

TRX Spinning Workouts

This class is for real! Get that body hot and sweaty with about 30 minutes of calorie crushing riding intermixed with 25(ish) minutes of targeted TRX® Training to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. The perfect combination of crazy fun cardio & core-driven, full body toning.

TRX Sculpt Workouts

A core-powered, complete body sculpting workout using TRX® Suspension Training, along with other trainer favorite tools. Expect a total body workout, centered on core strength, and relying mostly on your body and free weight, instead of machines. The goal is a strong, solid, sexy body. Go git it!

Ab & Core Workout Classes

Nothin', but core work! 10-30 minutes devoted to flattening and sculpting the midsection. Gonna hit obliques, posture muscles of the mid & lower back, and of course that 6-pack! Expect to be a little sore cuz it's gonna hurt so good!

Stretch & Restore Classes

This deep stretch class will improve joint flexibility, free stagnation in the muscle tissue, lubricate the joints and foster a quiet, meditative state. The class infuses dance and yoga inspired stretches with some intuitive movement. You will be asked to listen and feel what your body is requesting, and to adapt the stretches accordingly. This class is approximately 20 minutes and is appropriate for all levels.

Killer Cardio Workouts
