This is a really fun online workout designed for teens. I mean, adults can do it too, but good luck keeping up. There’s a warm-up, 3 super-set circuits, and a well-deserved cool-down and stretch. This is about the cutest dang thing you’re ever gonna see, and the most fun you and your kids might ever have working out together. It’s an online Family Dance Cardio Workout filmed at our local YMCA, where kids (ages 3 through 12), older siblings, and parents can come together to participate in the dancing and games to break a sweat!
You’ll love that it isn’t scripted… it’s real, including the occasional on-scene “I have to go potty” and “Will you tie my shoe daddy?” moments – the same things that will happen to you wherever you are, so you’ll love that about it. You won’t need much space or any special equipment… just a big smile, a willingness to let loose, and good energy. Let’s dance!
Expect to have a blast and blast fat with this Studio SWEAT onDemand 20 to 30 Minute (depending on if you do 2 or 3 rounds) Mommy (or Daddy) and Me workout. It’s great to do from home with your baby, toddler, or pre-school aged kiddo. There are 4 heart-pumping, body-sculpting super-sets, each having 3 exercises, one for the lower-body, followed by one for the upper-body, and finishing with one for the core.

Teen Time is a class that was designed for teens OR for those that feel young at heart! It was filmed live in San Diego, CA with an AWESOME group of teens at varying fitness levels, but equal amounts of energy.
The format is simple, but the class is not. Don’t let that scare you, just go at your own pace, but challenge yourself to push hard whether you’re on the bike or on the floor. There are 2 short, but killer, cardio blasts on the bike, along with 2 floor sets aimed at toning the entire body using nothing BUT your body as a way to get there. Time to ride tough… like a girl.
