    Spin Sculpt: HIP HOP CYCLE SCULPT

    Get ready to move, move, shake, shake and SWEAT to this super fun hip hop workout on a bike!

    Cat starts by breaking it down so you understand at a slower pace what you’re going to be doing, and then the party begins. The cool thing with this one is this… almost everyone in the class was nervous they couldn’t “do” it because they weren’t “dancers”, but if you can lean to the side a little, you got this. And at the end they were all shocked at A) How well they did, B) How much fun it was C) How fast it went by, and D) How many calories they crushed! They all wanted more like this, and my guess is so will you.

    Oh, and BONUS… smack in the middle of the fun, Cat will have you dismount for about 15 minutes where every major muscle group gets fired up on the floor. That way not only will you torch fat, but you’ll have solid muscle all over that body to show for it!

    Spin Sculpt: My Oh Mimi!

    This killer Spin and Sculpt fusion class is going to keep you dripping sweat until the very end. We’re out of the gate with a killer climb that leads right into a cardio boost on the floor. On the floor we’ll tackle some of the best upper body exercises you can do, along with some great ab exercises to flatten your belly, and some killer leg toning exercises mixed in as well!

    Once that floor set is checked off, we hit the bike for some Spinner sprints! Then to finish it off, we’ll get in some lunges to tone the legs before our final glute sculpting, fat melting climb. Enjoy the sweat as you drive through this total body workout!

    Spin Core: The Counter Intuitive Workout

    Some things don’t make sense. For example, hot water freezes faster than cold water. For those of you running late for class, and feel a short workout (20 – 30 minutes) may not be worth it, check this out: Researchers found moderately overweight men who exercised hard enough to sweat for 30 minutes a day lost an average of 8 pounds over three months compared to an average weight loss of 6 pounds among men who worked out for 60 minutes a day.

    What? A 30 minute workout generally produces 30 minutes of effort. Whereas a 60 minute workout has more “effort breaks” – you know you have a full hour so you take more rest breaks. A short workout is often the BEST thing you can do! It can actually be the BEST Spin session! So hop on and ride with Master Mike.

    Spin Sculpt: Burn & Build for Beasts!

    Not gonna lie, this is a pretty dang hard Spin Class, especially because Spinning is just one part of it. It goes by so fast though with frequent dismounts where the body toning exercises hurt so good!

    Grab a few sets of dumbbells if you have them. Light, medium, and heavy dumbbells are used and interchangeable when/if necessary for optimal burn and intensity! This killer full body workout should leave you feeling the burn through the rest of your day! Let’s go have some fun!

    This online Fun Indoor Cycling class is meant to take you out of your comfort zone and into the “SWEAT” zone! It’s a full hour, so you’re gonna torch major kCals baby! It goes by fast though, because it’s packed with high intensity riding, followed by short active recovery periods to help you get to YOUR max!

    Of course, this is all done to some groovy tunes. So grab that towel and let’s ride to Soak City!
