    Spin Sculpt August 17, 2017

    For those of you that don’t know it yet, AJ is the master of technique, on and off the bike. Press play and you’ll get a glimpse of why I say that. This sweat-soaking Spin Sculpt is designed to be conducive for those with lower fitness levels, while extremely challenging to the hard core athlete.

    AJ says, “The SUPER-sets are SUPER fun in this one!”. The back-to-back chest and back exercises carve up the upper-body, the legs and buns get worked with traditional moves put together in such a way that will burn so good, the crazy hill and endurance drills on the bike torch some serious kCals, and there’s just the right amount of core work to top it off. It is the perfect cardio and strength fusion workout. Nice!

    Buckle up y’all, because this awesome at-home Spinning class is a serious “Power Hour”. Expect a well balanced workout with endurance drills, sprint bursts, and monster climbs.

    Oh, and this ride is led by Studio SWEAT Trainer, Bethany, who has been recently nick-named by you all as “The Assassin” (because she kills you with a smile on her face), so prepare for your fat and your legs to be fried by the end of this one!

    30 Minute Spin October 31, 2013

    This class seems like it’s over as quickly as it starts, but you’re gonna break a sweat and feel the burn! Strap your shoes on tight because right after a quick warm up we take the heart rate up to 80-90% max right away as we ride into intense sprints and paced jumps. That’ll jump start the heart so we’re in the zone as we move into a steady climb to the top . Then it’s over. Nice, right!?!

Let the music push you through the hills and sprints as you drive to the beat. When the ride comes to a close, you’ll get to finish it out with a quick core workout that targets that six pack!     Spin. SWEAT. Repeat. In this killer 50 Minute Spinning Workout, you’ll cycle in a simple repeating pattern of an endurance ride, jumps, hills, & sprints! The set is repeated 3 times, but the time’ll fly by. You won’t waste a second in this Spinning class, so be sure to take a sip of water when you need to, then get right back at it.

    Finish it off with a quick stretch, and if you’ve got the time and desire, let the tape roll so you can follow along with 8 mins of bonus abs at the end that will crush that core. Let’s workout!

    Spin Sculpt: Fat Free & Firm

    Let’s carve it up in this killer 45 minute Spin & Sculpt with your girl, Mere W. After you get warmed up you’ll head right into a fat melting endurance interval set before heading straight uphill for a monster climb. Then to top off the ride, you’ll race to the finish before jumping to the floor.

    When you dismount, bring our towel, not only to soak up the sweat but also because you’ll use it as one of your sculpting tools. Just get through two 10 minute body toning blocks to fire up every major muscle group as your finale, and you’ll be feeling fat free and firm!
