    20 Min Towel & Tone Sculpt

Mere W will lead you through 3 sets of hard-core sculpting drills where you’ll hit every major muscle group while keeping your heart rate elevated for the whole workout. No special equipment (except a towel) needed for this quick body-weight workout video where you WILL need that towel, not just to wipe up all the sweat, but as a prop for some of the moves too. This class is ready to challenge you at home, a hotel, your gym, or even at the park. And if you’re thinking, “It’s just a towel, how hard can it be?”, hit play and find out!

    15 Minute Lower Body Sculpt

    Time to carve up those legs and buns with one of the best lower body workouts with dumbbells I’ve ever taken! It’s a classic Mere W 4×4 format – that’s just 4 toning exercises, completed 4 times. Simple? Yep. Easy? Nope. Just to be sure you feel the burn, she added a quick finisher guaranteed to set those glutes on fire. All you need is a set of dumbbells and 15 minutes to get some lean legs and buns. Grab those weights and get ready to work!

    40 Min Spin: Terrible Two’s, Part 2!

    W’s “Terrible Twos” workout was so popular, that she’s back with the Terrible Two’s, Part 2! In this downloadable indoor cycling workout, you’ll power through two ladder drills, proving that sometimes what first goes down must come back up.

    After a quick warm-up, you’ll get your legs moving with a few interval climbs. Then the first ladder drill starts running down a fast, flat road… but don’t worry, it wouldn’t be a ladder if it stayed that way for long! You’ll get a working-recovery endurance ride to refuel the tank. Then it’s off to ladder drill number two, this time heading straight up a leg-conditioning steep hill. By the end of this 40 minutes of calorie-burning cardio, you’ll have a mountain of sweat AND you’ll feel like you’ve biked up a mountain! Are you up for the challenge? Yes!     35 Min Magic Miles Ride
