    With life coming at us quickly, sometimes we need to break away for 15 minutes of “breathing” time. This class is great for a short lower intensity Spin ride. It can be used as just a quick sweat on those super busy days, or you can add it as a warm-up or cool-down for any stacked workout you might be custom curating! Your choice, so take your time and enjoy the ride.

    The Christmas Climb

    The Christmas Climb is exactly what it sounds like, a 30-minute spin workout with Christmas music! Cat and Mike alternate leading the climb, which feels like it’s over as soon as it begins. Grab your bike by the reigns and ho-ho-hold on, it’s a good one.

    20 Min Spin: The Negotiation

    There are likely going to be days when you can’t fit in an hour-long workout. Rather than negotiating between 60 minutes versus no workout at all, how about a really good 20-minute Spin class for home? One that packs in a full cardio workout in just a portion of the time, leaving you plenty of time to cool down, clean up, and get on with your day. We call that negotiation a win! Spin to win.

    Team Time Trial (TTT)

    There are few cycling races as awe-inspiring as the Team Time Trial (TTT), where each rider (solo riders or partner options available) takes turns pulling the group at higher power for a short period of time. This limit-pushing time trial cycling session simulates the intensity of a TTT with 28 non-stop minutes of “Go!” For this race, Zen Master Mike and his motivational cycling partner, Brian, team up, dividing the ride into two 14-minute splits, challenging you to work harder and smarter in the second half than the first. Clip in, it’s go-time!

    The Love Train

    This 50-minute cycling class is the ultimate bro-mance gift to all of us: a lovely indoor cycling session with three of the top dudes at Studio SWEAT! This train ride is destined to make you fall in love – with Spinning! Brian fires up the engine with some fun mood-setting love songs that’ll heat up the body. Then Mike powers us down the tracks with his calm, but sneaky-challenging endurance riding. Speaking of tracks, woo-woo… Fred brings up the caboose, hitting us right in the heart as he sings along to his favorite love-tracks, while captivating us with his smile, oh and some blood-pumping sprints.
