So, open the best Indoor Cycling app and click play on this Spin class with Steady Successions. What’s that mean, right? Well it means that with each gear you add, or each RPM you increase, you’ll feel it go from being hard, to harder, to the hardest. With the rest of the SSoD team, you’ll power your way to the top, moving in and out of the saddle and encountering rollers, steep switchbacks, steady climbs, and even the occasional fast “flat”.     Spin Sculpt: My Oh Mimi!

    This killer Spin and Sculpt fusion class is going to keep you dripping sweat until the very end. We’re out of the gate with a killer climb that leads right into a cardio boost on the floor. On the floor we’ll tackle some of the best upper body exercises you can do, along with some great ab exercises to flatten your belly, and some killer leg toning exercises mixed in as well!

    Once that floor set is checked off, we hit the bike for some Spinner sprints! Then to finish it off, we’ll get in some lunges to tone the legs before our final glute sculpting, fat melting climb. Enjoy the sweat as you drive through this total body workout!

    Are you ready for some Mimi!? Well, ready or not, she’s coming at you in this action packed 30 minute Spin class, where the sprints are speedy, the runs are for real, and the climbs are cool. The vibe is so strong that you might even find your drips of sweat dropping to the beat. Turn it up. Let’s ride!

    30 Minute Spin November 17, 2016

    Oh my heck! (a famous Utah saying). This is a butt-kicker of a 30 minute interval spin. We’ll be doing a little bit of everything to make the most out of our short time together. We’ve got to make some fitness gains! We’re gonna start with some glute recruiting standing, before moving to calorie-crushing speed intervals. Then we’re gonna finish with a grind of a climb. It’s time to put the work in. It’ll pay off – always does with a good spin, huh.
