    Spin Sculpt November 16, 2014

    Join Bethany for a full and fun hour of Spinning® and Sculpting! The music is motivating, the drills are challenging, and the resistance training will leave you feeling solid, not squishy! The rides are heart chargers, and on the floor all major muscle groups are tackled. You’ll even get to pop in some floor cardio and abs! When it’s over I can guarantee that you’re going to feel accomplished, and that’s a GOOD feeling people! So grab your bike, your weights, that water and towel so we can GET IT DONE HUN!

    Bike, Bell & Burn (TRX option)

    If you have a bike and dumbbells you can do this killer Spin and Strength workout, but if you have TRX Straps and/or a Kettlebell, you can pull those out to add to the fun! It goes like so:

    > 20 sweat-soaked minutes on the bike
    > 15 lean-body mass building minutes with your bell
    > 12 minutes using TRX or body-weight or dumbbells
    > A killer interval set on the bike to wrap it up!

    Yeah, it’s frickin’ awesome. You’ll see. Let’s ride…and sculpt…and sculpt more…and ride more. Tee-hee. Leggo!

    Spin Sculpt: The Cycle Fusion

    This amazing Cycle Fusion class is a killer total body workout! There are 2 fat burning rides and 2 body toning strength sets. The Spin sessions include rolling hills, fast flat sprints, and some monster climbing. The floor work has some of the best combo exercises, coupled with some solid upper-body work and even a short, fun cardio blast before you stretch it out. Let’s roll!

    The Zone Ride

    Not every workout should be about how hard you push it, but rather more about if you’re doing it right. Work smarter, not harder.

    In this online Spin class that focuses on heart rate zones (which translates to intensity level), Cat guides you through seven back to back 6 minute drills specifically aimed at teaching you how to control your heart rate and intensity levels while you ride. You do not need a heart rate sensor to benefit from this ride, but if you have one, do wear it. And, remember that the goal of this Zone Ride Cycle class is accuracy and control. Let’s ride.

    Spin Sculpt: Pedal & Pump

    Olga rocks the house in this killer online Spin and Sculpt workout. The cardio is on the bike, where you’ll jump, pump, and sprint to the the beat, and the strength is on the floor. It’s broken up just like that – ride first, then lift and tone.

    The pyramid style strength training sets use compound exercises and will maximize your fitness potential in a short amount of time. Let’s Pedal & Pump!

    Spin Sculpt: Fat Free & Firm

    Let’s carve it up in this killer 45 minute Spin & Sculpt with your girl, Mere W. After you get warmed up you’ll head right into a fat melting endurance interval set before heading straight uphill for a monster climb. Then to top off the ride, you’ll race to the finish before jumping to the floor.

    When you dismount, bring our towel, not only to soak up the sweat but also because you’ll use it as one of your sculpting tools. Just get through two 10 minute body toning blocks to fire up every major muscle group as your finale, and you’ll be feeling fat free and firm!

    This killer Spin and Strength Fusion class is all about the triple threat – three sets of cycling and three sets of sculpting. Trainer Brooke coaches you through a fat burning 60 minute cardio workout (yes, the strength training is cardio in this class too) where you’ll leave feeling stronger than when you arrived.     30 Minute Strength & Spin Fusion

    This killer Strength & Spin Fusion workout is gonna be off the hook! You’ve got just 30 minutes with SSoD Trainer Mere W, and she’s not going to let you waste a second of it! Hit the saddle for the first 15 mins, where you’ll do some seated and standing sprints & climbs, and one epic endurance hill.

    Then comes the Fusion part of the Cardio & Strength training class – the Strength Training! 14 minutes of full body toning intervals where you will hit every major muscle group with combo moves designed to keep the heart rate high & calories crushed. Hit play and start sweating!

    A little background… Cat & Coach Mere, the first two trainers to lead Studio SWEAT classes, were instrumental in setting the bar high from day one, developing the workout styles we use, and setting the tone for what was eventually brought outside of the studio and into your living rooms. We work hard, we support each other, and we have fun. In this Spin Sculpt class, where Cat & Meredith team teach, you’ll see the dynamic that started it all.

    In this online streaming Spin class, there’s a quick total body workout on the floor, broken into 2 twelve minute sets, and some of the best online Spinning you’ll ever be a part of. You’re gonna feel incredibly accomplished when you’re done with this one. Let’s… do… THIS!

    Spin Sculpt: Double Down Drenching

    Grab your set of medium weighted dumbbells and go hard for 60 minutes. With surprise bonus burners built in (say that 10 times fast) and four 3-minute dismounts between rides, we’ll sculpt the entire body and even come back for a double down. That means that we finish with a combination round of everything we’ve done before, wrapping it up with a well earned stretch.

    The Spinning routines are quick and intense. Whether it be climbing, HIIT cycling drills, or speed work, your eye is on the prize: that 3-minute dismount. So press play and get ready to slay this amazing online cycling class with Rebecca!

    Fat Melting Forty (Bonus Sculpt Option at the End!)

    It’s not gonna be easy, but you can do this. “This” means a flat road warm-up that morphs into a hill that gets steeper and steeper as you get warmer and warmer. When you reach the first hill’s summit, the flat road is wide open, so you’ll open it up into some sprints! Lastly, you’ll get to tackle the second hill, which is much like the first, so you’ll know exactly what to expect. This is a REALLY good Spin Cycle class – a serious Fat Melting Forty.

    BONUS SCULPT: After you get in your 40 minute ride, you can hop off and stretch, or you can grab some dumbbells for a quick 15 Minute Total Body Sculpt with Cat. The choice is yours. Let’s burn it up!

    Spin Sculpt: Brian’s Beastly Blast!

    This super fun online Spin class packs a full body sculpting session and a fat frying ride into one beastly hour.

    Ideally for the sculpting segment (which comes right after our bike warm-up), you’ll reach for your biggest dumbbells because we’re goin’ high weight, low rep. That’s the best way to gain muscle fast. Bulk schmulk, ladies – we’re just replacing fat with muscle, so don’t expect to bulk up, but do expect to lean up, especially with the cardio bursts we sprinkle in.

    Once the muscles are primed from our strength sets, it’ll be time to ride! Alternating between controlled, sustained effort drills and 4 spectacular sprints, we’re gonna be feelin’ firm & fine. Brian LaRose, while you’re entertaining per the norm, you’re also one mean machine in this one, therefore I am calling this one “Brian’s Beastly Blast!”.
