    Spin Sculpt: Double Down Drenching

    Grab your set of medium weighted dumbbells and go hard for 60 minutes. With surprise bonus burners built in (say that 10 times fast) and four 3-minute dismounts between rides, we’ll sculpt the entire body and even come back for a double down. That means that we finish with a combination round of everything we’ve done before, wrapping it up with a well earned stretch.

    The Spinning routines are quick and intense. Whether it be climbing, HIIT cycling drills, or speed work, your eye is on the prize: that 3-minute dismount. So press play and get ready to slay this amazing online cycling class with Rebecca!

    Fat Melting Forty (Bonus Sculpt Option at the End!)

    It’s not gonna be easy, but you can do this. “This” means a flat road warm-up that morphs into a hill that gets steeper and steeper as you get warmer and warmer. When you reach the first hill’s summit, the flat road is wide open, so you’ll open it up into some sprints! Lastly, you’ll get to tackle the second hill, which is much like the first, so you’ll know exactly what to expect. This is a REALLY good Spin Cycle class – a serious Fat Melting Forty.

    BONUS SCULPT: After you get in your 40 minute ride, you can hop off and stretch, or you can grab some dumbbells for a quick 15 Minute Total Body Sculpt with Cat. The choice is yours. Let’s burn it up!

    Spin Sculpt: Brian’s Beastly Blast!

    This super fun online Spin class packs a full body sculpting session and a fat frying ride into one beastly hour.

    Ideally for the sculpting segment (which comes right after our bike warm-up), you’ll reach for your biggest dumbbells because we’re goin’ high weight, low rep. That’s the best way to gain muscle fast. Bulk schmulk, ladies – we’re just replacing fat with muscle, so don’t expect to bulk up, but do expect to lean up, especially with the cardio bursts we sprinkle in.

    Once the muscles are primed from our strength sets, it’ll be time to ride! Alternating between controlled, sustained effort drills and 4 spectacular sprints, we’re gonna be feelin’ firm & fine. Brian LaRose, while you’re entertaining per the norm, you’re also one mean machine in this one, therefore I am calling this one “Brian’s Beastly Blast!”.

    Spin Sculpt: The Resistance

    If you enjoy a resistance heavy, tough grindin’ it out climb, combined with some of the best resistance band exercises today, then this is the class for you! Don’t get me wrong, there are a few flat road stretches to balance out this amazing Spin workout video, but get ready to hit that hill and work hard for it!

    And for the killer total body sculpt portion, all you’ll need is a resistance band (or dumbbells) and some grit to get it done! From your chest, to your back, shoulders, and all the way down to your toes, we work it all in just 20 minutes before hitting the bike again.

    Now get ready to Spin and Sculpt online; grab your towel, resistance band, and some water and let’s do this!

    REBESSICA: Partner Up Spin Sculpt!

    2 Trainers. 1 Bike. Tons of fun!

    Check out this Partner Spin Class you can do by yourself or with a buddy. All you need is one bike and a “let’s do this!” attitude. Single riders will just follow Jessica all the way through. Your partner will be Rebecca on screen! If you have a buddy, one of you will follow Jessica, the other will follow Rebecca. How fun right! Burn it up on the bike and carve it up on the floor. Next to your sweaty partner… you’ll be giving high fives all the way!

    Spin & Sculpt with Self Control

    In this spectacular streaming Spin class, you’ll practice controlling your body, which often is harder than just pushing it. This sculpt and cycling class explores the element of control – using your mind to control what happens to your heart rate, your breathing, and your strength. Once the 40 minute ride is done, we’ll move to the floor for a bonus sculpting session where you can use either dumbbells or TRX as your toning tool. It’s a killer Total Body Workout.

    With the jams battling back and forth between Imagine Dragons and Kendrick Lamar, 2 of Cat’s favorites, you’ll be perspiring and inspiring. Leggo!

    To celebrate our 6th Anniversary, 8 of your favorite SSoD instructors, plus one special guest, show you 9 ways to burn fat AND 9 ways to build muscle! You’ll love the simple format where you ride for the first half of class, where every 3 minutes a new face takes the lead, and then you hit the floor for some more.

    Spin Sculpt: My Oh Mimi!

    This killer Spin and Sculpt fusion class is going to keep you dripping sweat until the very end. We’re out of the gate with a killer climb that leads right into a cardio boost on the floor. On the floor we’ll tackle some of the best upper body exercises you can do, along with some great ab exercises to flatten your belly, and some killer leg toning exercises mixed in as well!

    Once that floor set is checked off, we hit the bike for some Spinner sprints! Then to finish it off, we’ll get in some lunges to tone the legs before our final glute sculpting, fat melting climb. Enjoy the sweat as you drive through this total body workout!

    Spin Sculpt: Burn & Build for Beasts!

    Not gonna lie, this is a pretty dang hard Spin Class, especially because Spinning is just one part of it. It goes by so fast though with frequent dismounts where the body toning exercises hurt so good!

    Grab a few sets of dumbbells if you have them. Light, medium, and heavy dumbbells are used and interchangeable when/if necessary for optimal burn and intensity! This killer full body workout should leave you feeling the burn through the rest of your day! Let’s go have some fun!

    Spin Sculpt: Maximum Burn

    Ready, set, climb & race! Let’s get SWEATy in this 60 minute jam-packed Spin & Sculpt with SSoD favorite, Mere W. It all starts with a long climb which levels off so, naturally, we sprint! The ride continues with some endurance work before wrapping up with some epic sprints to really heat the body before we jump to the floor to carve it up.

    We’ll hit our upper body & core first with some combo moves designed to lengthen and lean out those muscles. Then we’ll finish off this killer Spin Strength Fusion class with some of the best lower body exercises out there, as well as tackle a killer arm workout to really tone your buns and guns. Expect to see your Maximum Burn!

    Spin Sculpt: The Battle of the Blondes

    It’s a Battle of the Blondes in this killer Spin Sculpt workout! Beautiful Brooke, Sidekick Bethany, and Master Mere W, 3 of SSoDs finest trainers, come at you with a 3 block Spinning class coupled with a REALLY good weightlifting routine! Talk about the BEST workout ever!

    Brooke gets the party started with a killer indoor cycling climb, followed by a quick sculpting set on the floor to get those shoulders and legs fired up! Back to the bike you go with Bethany, the Queen of Speed – yep, get ready to sprint! She then takes it to the floor to sculpt that chest and triceps. Mere W then motivates you to finish the 3X3 set with another killer Spinning set, before leading a torching back and bicep workout on the floor.
