It starts with a Cat Kom special… a calorie-crushing, leg-sculpting 40-minute ride for pride. Per the name, next comes a super fun kick-boxing class where boxing master, Chavva (pronounced Hava), breaks down some basic kickboxing movement for you before turning up the heat. Let’s kick it!

Olga and Rebecca tag team teach for 30 minutes of rigorous indoor cycling, then Rebecca moves you to the floor to tone up that upper body and core. For the finale… Olga delivers a fantastic lower body circuit before concluding with a full body stretch. Let’s rock this workout!

It’s time to climb! That’s right, in this top online Spin class you’re not only gonna fry fat, but you’re gonna hit the floor to work on total-body toning too. This one is a “quarters” format – four 12 minute blocks, alternating between the bike and floor.
The First Half: In quarter 1 expect a ride to get you primed, physically & mentally, for the workout. In quarter 2 you’ll tackle 6 exercises to sculpt those longer, leaner muscles. — The Second Half: To begin the second half, you’ll hop back on the bike where the climb gets a lot steeper, therefore the sweat-drops and kCal burn increase. Then coming into your final quarter you’ll move back to the floor to carve up those legs, chest & back. Let’s go!
If you have a bike and dumbbells you can do this killer Spin and Strength workout, but if you have TRX Straps and/or a Kettlebell, you can pull those out to add to the fun! It goes like so:

> 12 minutes using TRX or body-weight or dumbbells
