    Game Face Cycle Sculpt

    Just like any combo Cycle-Sculpt class with Fred, you’ll start pedaling with a smile on your face during a high-energy warm up. But get that game face ready, because the Spin portion of this class really brings the power to your ride. After about 25 Min of cycling, you’ll take it to the floor for some muscle strengthening and toning combo exercises, making this a whole-body cardio & strength workout. And, per the norm with Fred, you’ll end class with an all-day happy face. Time to dive in face first!

    OK, seriously, this is probably the most fun Spin class video that I’ve ever clicked play on. Personality plus cycling & strength coaches, Jess N and AJ, are legit “Larger than Life” in this Boy Band Themed Spin & Sculpt class! You’ll hit the bike for the first 30 minutes and be saying “Bye Bye Bye” to fat as you burn some major Kcals climbing and sprinting! Next, you’ll drop to the floor for a full-body sculpt set with AJ. Then to top it off, Jess runs you through a “No Diggity” ab set before stretching it out. So, put that hair in a scrunchie and let’s bring those Back…street…boys, alright!?!

    Turn & Burn Spin Sculpt

    Intervals & Endurance on the bike. Strength and Balance on the floor. This Spin & Strength combo class with Cat Kom is a whole lotta turn & burn. For the lean-mass building floor set, which comes after a 25 Min Spin Sweat-Fest, you can choose to use either TRX straps or an exercise resistance band. Get after it!

    60 Min Spin & Strength

    Get ready for a super fun combo cycle and strength class that’ll leave you sweaty, smiling, and SO strong!     When you’ve got just enough time for a quick sweat and you want to get in some burn AND tone, check out this top cardio and strength workout. With the 12-minute cardio blast on the bike, there’s plenty of calorie-burning variety – in and out of the saddle, hills, sprints, and did we mention lots of sweat!? Then hop off that bike, grab your heavy weights, and get ready for an 8-minute strength set that really packs a punch. Your whole body will feel the burn with these muscle-lengthening combo moves.     Spin & Slides

    This isn’t 1 workout, it’s 4 (or maybe even 5 if you’re feeling super strong), all packed into about an hour. 2 of the workouts are on the bike, where the first focuses on leg-strengthening power, and the second focuses on cardio-crankin’ speed. Then on the floor there are another 2 of the best workouts with exercise slides! No slides, no problem… use paper plates like Cat did! And… if you’re feeling sassy, add the bonus 5th workout (which is a short dumbbell workout) to what is one Spin Fusion class. Click play to ride and slide!

    Cycle Sculpt: Full Body Basics

    Ready for a simple class designed straight out of the trainers’ textbook that’s anything but easy? Yes! Then let’s do this! Bethany’s taking us back to basics with this Spin Sculpt video for home.     Brian + AJ = SO FUN!

    This is a fantastic, full-body tag team Spin & Strength Fusion Class with all body-weight only exercises on the floor. Expect double the sweat because you get double the trainers in this one, with Brian AND AJ leading the charge! Brian kicks things off on the bike to get you nice and warm, and then he and AJ alternate sculpting sets on the floor. Then it’s back on the bike with AJ and Brian trading calorie crushing punches, making the time fly and those fat cells cry! Speaking of hot, have you ever played hot potato on a Spin bike?
