    Recovery-style rides are perfect for beginners, people coming back from injury or sickness, or those just looking to workout muscles that are sore from yesterday’s workout. Plus, they’re ideal for those times when life happens and it’s been a while since your last ride. Enjoy this treat to your body.

    MM2017 I know I wasn’t suppose to sweat much but at 6:30 am in Kansas it’s 70 degrees with 90% humidity it is running off me. Excellent workout

    MM2017 Week 1 SSOD workout #3! Exactly what I needed today AJ, was feeling a little under the weather but was able to get a good sweat in. I couldn’t help but push a little harder than recovery mode 😉

    Loved this workout! AJ is awesome, and I love her energy. I’m three months pregnant and wasn’t sure if I was ready to start spin again but this workout was great for reintroducing me to what I love. I have evergy and feel good. This workout reminded me how much I love spin. Definitely on my favorite’s list.

    Thank you for such a great ride. Recovering from food poisoning but wanted to get on the bike for my mental well-being. This was great to get the blood flowing without being too much. Great class!!

    Loved this class. It was exactly what I needed today. I climbed 3 of the adirondack high peaks yesterday and my legs are toast. Perfect!

    I LOVE this class! Today is my day off but just wanted to do a little somethin somethin….. tiny sweat but satisfied mind, body and spirit! I would love a longer recovery/easy/steady state ride too!! Hint hint……

    Drive to 25! Thanks, AJ, I soooo needed this recovery ride. My legs are so sore from all of the workouts I have been doing. I wanted to sprint so bad after my legs felt good, but didn’t. Felt good to do this for my body. And yes, I still broke a sweat!

    Freakin’ awesome class! I’m just getting over a wicked cold and after resting for 3 days, but still feeling a bit “ugh!”, I decided to take your recovery class. It did everything you said it would. It was fun and not too difficult in my currently “ugh” body. It also reminded me how much I LOVE my Spinning bike and these streamed classes! Thank you AJ!! You rock!

    Drive to 25 – class #18. This is exactly what I need when fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue are acting up and my energy is zapped. If I can keep my heart rate up at 70% for at least 20 minutes, I start feeling better. This one is a go to for me. Thanks AJ.

    Drive to 25- While I know I’m not going to be able to complete the challenge due to brain surgery setting me back, this was a great way to get back into the saddle!

    Hi! Just a thank you for classes like this and to AJ for toning it down (can tell it was a bit of a struggle holding back 😉). I had a pulmonary embolism one month ago and this class was perfect for easing back into spinning. Even though it might not be the most watched type of spin, it is most appreciated to those of us who need it!

    This was just what I needed after getting over an illness. Tried to keep my HR 85% or below, but with Wobble Baby I couldn’t help myself and it was over 90% a lot. Fun and I am quite sweaty.

    Thank you AJ. I am coming off of a pretty significant knee injury and have not been able to spin for almost a month. I did your floor class for knee injuries and today is my first spin class. Yea, I made it through, a little discomfort and NO PAIN or STIFFNESS. This class may be my spin class for a bit longer. I could tell it is at the top if what i can do now. I appreciate it.

    Hell week day 3, class 3 was just what I needed to keep up the momentum but allow myself some recovery. It is great to have such variety in intensity level available. Thanks AJ!

    AJ. Thank you and Studio Sweat for adding another recovery ride to your library. I am a Cyclist that enjoys SSOD videos in cold and dark weather when I can’t get outside. Recovery is an easy spin but it’s more fun to follow cues and technique reminders drom a knowledgeable instructor. This one is in my favorites.
