    Cycling Power Hour

    This 60-minute online Spin class is one of my absolute favorites in the Studio SWEAT onDemand Indoor Cycling app. It’s a true Power Hour as we ride steady and strong for 50 minutes before Brooke, the natural born leader that she is, guides us through a nice long stretch to take care of the muscles we just challenged to their breaking points.
