Welcome to my favorite workout of all time – I call it PRIME CLIMB… 2! The first Prime Climb workout was so wildly popular that I was compelled to bring you a sequel.
In this amazing 40 Minute Spin Class, we’re climbing with our legs timed to the beat of the music for pretty much 30 minutes straight. I know, I know, that sounds so hard, but that’s not how you should look at it. It’s an incredible accomplishment and you CAN do it.
In the first Prime Climb, we went from shorter, steeper hills, to longer, flatter hills. In this one we flip that – starting with longer, flatter hills, then ending with shorter, steeper grades. Life’s a climb, so let’s start trekking.

P.S. If you missed the Original Prime Climb, you can see it here. You don’t have to have taken it to excel on this ride, but do try it soon if you have not. And if you’re not an All Access Pass holder (why not btw), you can download the original Prime Climb here.

This amazing pure Spinning class has it all! I’m talkin’ sprints, climbs, endurance riding, and even some power building jumps.
A steady flow is maintained throughout the cycling class as the music dictates and guides the temperament of each drill. Speaking of music, the playlist here is insanely fantastic. So take this opportunity to fry some fat, build your base and detox with a healthy sweat. Trust me, you’ll even have a little fun along the way.

You’re allowed to have fun when you exercise, and this high-tempo beat-based Indoor Cycling Class is a full 60 minutes of dancing, laughing, and riding to prove it. This baby’s all about great music and matching the beat, and you’ll still drop all the sweat while you ride through a full circuit of cycling drills. We’ve even tossed in some on-the-bike dance moves to keep it fresh. Let the music be your guide and the rhythm drive your workout. Now shut up and ride!
*Disclaimer – This is not a “Spinning” class, per the trademarked term.

Because of the typically heavy framework of an indoor cycling bike, riders seldom need to focus on balance. This ride is about stability and balance. Designed, in part, for our SSoD members who use Stationary Trainers, we are riding with the intention of maintaining steady, consistent power as we alternate foot speeds. Whether we are doing 4-count pulses, 20 second breakaways, or one minute presses, staying centered and concentrating on symmetrical push/pull foot strokes will allow you to ride harder and more efficiently. 95% of this ride is in the saddle, so get comfortable and let’s crush this route.
