- Water (and plenty of it)
- Any Indoor Cycling Bike
- Hand Towel
- Heart Rate Monitor (Optional)
The name says it all. It’s literally a 30+ minute straight up hill, calorie crushing, leg leaning climb. Each stretch of the hill gets progressively longer as you get stronger. 2 minutes, then 4, then 6, then 8, before peaking with our 10 minute super stretch.
Between each segment you get a 30 to 60 second much needed roll out. And if you know Cat, you know that you won’t just be planted in the saddle. She guides your ride by breaking up each hill with various riding positions, while keeping you mentally focused on the minute you’re in, so it’s not overwhelming. Are YOU ready for the Prime Climb?
