Get ready to rock because this SpeedSculpt is gonna hurt oh so good. Trainer Brooke starts out with a quick warmup to wake up those muscles, and then you get to work fast, and I mean fast. There are three killer super-sets, each going three body solid rounds. 40 seconds of work with 10 sec recover/transition ‘breaks’. Just enough time to grab a quick sip of water if you need it. It’s fabulous metabolic circuit training with your body staying between 70 and 100 percent max the entire workout. Grab those heavy dumbbells and carve it up! YEAH!
