20 Jumping jacks
20 Bodyweight Squats
20 Alternating forward lunges
20 arm circles- 10 large / 10 small
Repeat 2-4 times
Warm-Up Option #3
Set a timer for 30 seconds for 10 rounds
1. Jog in Place
2. Butt kickers
3. Squats
4. Mountain climbers
5. Push ups
Repeat twice for a total of 5 mins

Expect to have a blast and blast fat with this Studio SWEAT onDemand 20 to 30 Minute (depending on if you do 2 or 3 rounds) Mommy (or Daddy) and Me workout. It’s great to do from home with your baby, toddler, or pre-school aged kiddo. There are 4 heart-pumping, body-sculpting super-sets, each having 3 exercises, one for the lower-body, followed by one for the upper-body, and finishing with one for the core.
Having kids doesn’t mean you can’t be in shape! As a matter of fact, you can use them as your workout tool, which is awesome because as they grow, so does the level of difficulty, right!? Just be careful, and if you don’t feel comfortable doing any of the exercises holding them, just put them at your side and let them watch you break a quick sweat.

Tabata = 20 tough working seconds, to 10 seconds of rest, for 8 rounds. That is the true Tabata style, and we’re gonna keep it true in this fast, full body strength workout.
You’re given the option to grab REALLY heavy dumbbells, or moderate to light. The choice is yours, but the lighter your weights are the faster you best be moving, or you are NOT gonna get the same workout I did! This is a killer arm workout, but the legs, glutes, lungs, and abs all get their fair share on “love”. Remember, you can do anything for 20 seconds, so don’t start late or stop early. Be determined to do your best in this interval class and you’ll be feeling G-U-D good when you’re done.
