Drive to 25: 15/25… First of two TRX sessions for a change today and this was a real challenge but all very achievable even for novice… I did struggle on the one legged burpees though with my poor old knees. Really enjoyed it.

I am surprised there aren’t more comments this is an awesome workout, one of the toughest trx! My heart rate was sky high in the middle, and I never got bored. We went through a lot of different exercises which kept the pace going. Looking forward to doing this one again, it will be one of my “go-to’s”!!
