Ladies (and gentleman), let’s get our lift on because, as you may have heard, strong is the new (and improved) skinny. And, ya know what we gals love? A good ol’ circuit training workout, and SSoD’s very own Cat Kom is here to bring it to you. She designed a circuit style workout with 10 of her favorite tone-it-up exercises to create 1 killer weight-lifting workout for women (or men if you dare). You’ll do each exercise for a whopping 50 seconds, so the key to this one is higher reps, lighter weight. Repetition = Definition. So, let’s get our reps on!
