This body-toning barbell Bootcamp is full of multi-joint functional movements to work every major muscle group. And, there are some cardio bursts in between sets, just to add a little fun. Don’t have a barbell? No problem! These moves can be done with body-bars or dumbbells. Dust off that barbell, grab some water, and press play!
