30 Minute Spin: The Power’s in the Legs

Equipment: Indoor Cycling Bike

A little of everything combined into a 30(ish) minute calorie toasting SWEAT, drenching ride. Start with a hill climb to get the heart rate up, then move into some power bursts to build those leg muscles and crank up your heart rate. Finish it off with a series of increasing length intervals where your work to rest ratio is 1:1, but you must earn your rest! Let’s get that heart pumping and SWEAT dripping!
