    Class Description

    Grab your TRX straps, and get ready for a well deserved total body stretch. The TRX will allow you to get deep into those stretches and lengthen the muscles, by letting you work in a greater range of motion. We’ll start with the back, legs, and glutes, then we’ll move onto opening up the often missed chest, arms, and shoulders. Go on, hit play – you deserve it.

    The weighted stretch that the TRX allows is like nothing else. Years ago I tweaked my lower back banging around the ocean in RHIB’s. A chiro back then had me hang off a door frame everyday for relief. The TRX does the same plus some and its much more stable than fingertips on a door frame. This was great Mere, I would have gladly done 20 more minutes.

    A perfect ‘pull’ across each target area for an extended period of time. I needed this and will be back again!

    We really need more classes just like this! I threw my back out and this was just what I needed. Yesterday my legs were about to buckle from the pain. Today, I did this paired with AJ’s recovery ride and I cannot say enough how this class worked for me.

    Drive To 25 #30. 1st time using my TRX in over 4 years, no good place since moving. I had forgotten how much deeperi could stretch with it. Would love a few more stretch workout using it.
