Welcome to the Cycling Wonderland! Here you will be greeted with a challenge to bring your best; rewarded with heart-pumping cardio; given comfort while sweatin’ along with the class; and encouraged to pump your fist like a champ when you finish healthier and stronger than when you started.

We start with jumps to get the blood pumping, then move right into intervals, sprints, and whaaaat… more jumps! As the finisher, Brian uses some fun visualizations to encourage riders to push themselves to their max on this short, but sweat winning Spinning class.
