Equipment: Dumbbells / Indoor Cycling Bike # of Dismounts: 3 Dismount Spots: Multiple Throughout

Let’s channel some of nature’s strength, power, and vigor. What’s your spirit animal? (Miriam’s is the eagle.) Bring it to the floor. Bring it to the bike.

We start with a dynamic floor warm-up using the step to get long, warm, and ready. Then it’s three songs on the bike, using extra-light weights (Miriam uses 2lbs), with full-body engagement, speed intervals, and balance challenges.

Between bike rounds, we HIIT the floor hard:

• Round 1 and 2: Two exercises, counting to five on your own, 2:30 each
• Round 3: Four exercises, twice through, 30sec on/7sec recovery
• Round 4: 30sec on/7sec recovery. Another four-exercise finisher — dynamic, kickboxing-inspired, multi-plane movement

Super charged Miriam style ! Really enjoyed the variety and intensity of moves on the bike and on the floor. She teaches with such flexibility, grace and speed! This will be one of my favs to go to. Thanks Miriam….more please!

Wow. Lots of thoughts on this one. Firstly, I recommend WATCHING this before taking it. I did it all at once and it was challenging to keep up. I also recommend having a short list of upper bodhy subtitution exercises. I found myself subbing A LOT in this class.

I’m not one who typically likes “integrated movement” classes–I’m more of a “ride hard, lift hard” kinda guy. BUT, every once in a while (maybe once every 10-15 workouts) I sub in one of these types of classes and it helps tremendously with my flexibility and stamina.

I found myself thinking in this class: “Wow, this is really making me uncomfortable (physically and mentall). But, I’m GOING to finsish because it’s hard and I’ll see the benefit when it’s done.”

Be ready for something completely different, and very challenging. Great Job Miriam–that wasn’t an everyday class (at leasy for me) but it put me outside my comfort zone and especially helped with my post-injury rotator cuff recovery. Thanks!
