Get ready for a good long training ride long ride that steadily alternates between a series of seated and standing intervals, then moves into an 8 minute power endurance climb before finishing with one last round of speed intervals. To make you an even stronger rider we’ll add a few core strengthening exercises at the end before we stretch it out. It’s a good ride.
