Relationships, like a Spin class, have moments of intensity, conflict, struggle, triumph, and peace. So, we decided to combine all those stages for an hour of Couple’s Therapy, Studio SWEAT style!!!!
Stage 1 = Fitness Zones 4 & 5 bursting into passion, conflict, nerves, and many other breathless moments.
Stage 2 = Fitness Zones 3 & 4 bringing waves of intensity, strategy, calculation, endurance, and compromise.
Stage 3 = Fitness Zones 2 & 3 ushering in comfort, fierce loyalty, playfulness, and commitment.
Of course, we wrapped it up in laughter, stories, and teamwork, because, while admittedly cheesy, this class mirrors real life. The soundtrack to our therapy session is one click away. Let’s begin!

When you go hard with your workouts all week long, it’s a good idea to give your body a break now and then. But we know how hard it can be to really skip a day, so this class is the best cycling recovery LISS workout. In it you’ll still burn some serious kCals, but you’ll also help your body heal by getting your blood flowing through those torched muscles. And… it’s also a great opportunity to work on your cycling technique, as Jess will guide you through some smooth (like butta!) transitions and light controlled pedal stroke motions, keeping it at low intensity (50-79% MHR) the entire hour. Get ready to move, move, shake, shake and SWEAT to this super fun hiiippp hoppppin’ workout on a bike!
Cat starts by breaking it down so you understand at a slower pace what you’re going to be doing, and then the party begins. The cool thing with this one is this… almost everyone in the class was nervous they couldn’t “do” it because they weren’t “dancers”, but if you can lean to the side a little, you got this. And at the end they were all shocked at A) How well they did, B) How much fun it was C) How fast it went by, and D) How many calories they crushed! They all wanted more like this, and my guess is so will you. Git it.

Get your move and groove on in this choreographed cardio dance ride that is NOTHING like a traditional Spinning class! During the 20-min rhythmic Spin session, it’s not just about the legs – we’ll extend the spine, train the arms and core, and get the brain working too! After riding hard and fast, we’ll hop off the bike for a beautiful 10-min full body stretch to align your spine and give your muscles some love. Hop on and let’s dance!
