It’s tough. So tough that I double dog dare you to try it! Don’t be scared. Be excited to take the challenge. It’s tough, but so are you, right!?
A little background… Cat & Coach Mere, the first two trainers to lead Studio SWEAT classes, were instrumental in setting the bar high from day one, developing the workout styles we use, and setting the tone for what was eventually brought outside of the studio and into your living rooms. We work hard, we support each other, and we have fun. In this Spin Sculpt class, where Cat & Meredith team teach, you’ll see the dynamic that started it all.
In this online streaming Spin class, there’s a quick total body workout on the floor, broken into 2 twelve minute sets, and some of the best online Spinning you’ll ever be a part of. You’re gonna feel incredibly accomplished when you’re done with this one. Let’s… do… THIS!

It’s been 2 days and I’m still sore from this one… and I love it! This amazing Spin Fusion class with Cat Kom and popular SSoD Trainer, Brian, has a killer HIIT Training style with 10 different Tabata drills, some on the bike, and some on the floor.
This is the type of workout that burns fat fast, leans up the legs, sculpts the arms and back, and seriously carves up that core. Expect to feel Slim & Solid after this one party people!

Join Miriam and Katie for a ride-and-floor Bootcamp designed to help you call your energy back from all the places modern life drains it. We’re not conserving energy here — we’re creating it.
Your class flows in waves of floor (warm up/mobility)→ bike → floor → bike → floor, finishing with a lyrical “come home to yourself” ride so you can step back into your life more charged, clear, and connected.
Equipment Needed:
• On the Bike: Light weights (Miriam used 3s)
• Floor Station 1: 1 Heavy weight
• Floor Station 2: Step or BOSU
• Floor Station 3: Band
Other: Water + towel
When we need energy, it’s not the time to stay still. It takes mindful movement to conjure it up — and what’s better than to do it together!
This workout does not include a cool-down stretch, but we have some great options here!

The warm up is quick. Time to get right to your challenge. Keyword, “CHALLENGE”, so please think tough and grab those heavy dumbbells TO challenge yourself!
The focus is then on how many reps can you get in with good form. This will elevate the heart rate so you start burning fat fast! To mix it up we then have you head back to the bike for an 8 minute “jumps” drill, along with one big mountain to climb before we take it back to the floor for some strength and cardio intervals to REALLY carve up that body!
Finish it off with a repeat of the initial challenge, but this time counting DOWN those reps. Phew! Can you get them all in before time is up? Hit play to find out!
