Get ready to push your limits in this fast and fun, endurance based Speed Spin. We get right to it by heading up a gradual hill to get those muscles warm & ready to play. Then we head straight into an 8 minute endurance block where we reach toward our limit… 4 times. What!?! We follow that with a resistance building drill to work on gaining strength in those legs and lungs. Oh wait, it’s time to hit that 8 min block again to double up on that endurance. Yes!
Just when you think you’ve pushed & have nothing left, we’re going to finish the ride with some heavy gear sprints that are oh so effective at testing our limits. Challenge the Body to Change the Body… Right Here… Right Now.

Welcome to my favorite workout of all time – I call it PRIME CLIMB… 2! The first Prime Climb workout was so wildly popular that I was compelled to bring you a sequel.
In this amazing 40 Minute Spin Class, we’re climbing with our legs timed to the beat of the music for pretty much 30 minutes straight. I know, I know, that sounds so hard, but that’s not how you should look at it. It’s an incredible accomplishment and you CAN do it.
In the first Prime Climb, we went from shorter, steeper hills, to longer, flatter hills. In this one we flip that – starting with longer, flatter hills, then ending with shorter, steeper grades. Life’s a climb, so let’s start trekking.
