Streams of SWEAT, representing fat melting off your body, will drip off your body just a few minutes into this killer Spinning class. I really like this one because it’s quick, but not short. You get a good solid burn in and I love how you have a good idea what’s coming. How’s that you ask? It’s a pyramid format where you do 4 drills, a “Climax” drill, then we repeat the first 4 drills in opposite order and to different songs. It’s really incredible actually. The music is super motivating throughout the ride too. I love that. I hope you do too! ~Cat
