Personal Train with Cat and a small group of REAL people! Start with a killer 3 minute drill. It’s a surprise! Then, head into a 36 minute set where, in 1min. increments, you’ll move through basic, but effective, sculpting moves, then bounce into a plyometric drill (modifications offered). Cap it off with a surprising finisher and you’re gonna walk away shaking your head in disbelief and pride. You got this!
