Everyone LOVED Cat’s 60 Min Clubbin’ Party Cycle, so we figured you’d also really appreciate a shorter version of a Spin Class with club music to sweat to when you’re a little shorter on time! Were we right!? I know the answer. So, get ready to sweat to a high-calorie burn, high-energy 30 Min Club Jams Cycling Class with Master Mixer DJ Brian! It’s a Spin Sampler with all your favorite Spinning drills – seated and standing climbs, resistance loading, sprints, jumps, and then a ladder drill finisher. Get clubbin’!

Don’t blink. You might miss this opportunity to take … The World’s best Spinning Class! Just hop on your bike, commit and get ready to crush some calories. It’s a tag team effort so you gotta bring your “A” game for not only 1, but 2 instructors! Brian starts things off fast with some heart pumping movement, followed by a double time drill that pops you into that fat burning zone fast! Then comes SSoD Lead Trainer Cat Kom! She takes advantage of your warmed up body and moves right into a killer endurance ladder drill where the ladder keeps getting higher and higher and higher! Trust me, you’ll be beggin’ for a break at this point.
And we will take one… a lil’ halftime intermission to catch your breath so you’re recharged for the second half of this amazing indoor cycling workout.
POW! Right back at it for some serious Climbs, Jumps, Sprints and more. Expect to finish the ride off with an East vs. West all-out battle on the bike. You pick your side, but no matter what side you pick, BRING… IT!!! For that drafting drill, you need to bring every single ounce of effort that you have left! And we all win in the end. Get it.

Welcome to my favorite workout of all time – I call it PRIME CLIMB… 2! The first Prime Climb workout was so wildly popular that I was compelled to bring you a sequel.
In this amazing 40 Minute Spin Class, we’re climbing with our legs timed to the beat of the music for pretty much 30 minutes straight. I know, I know, that sounds so hard, but that’s not how you should look at it. It’s an incredible accomplishment and you CAN do it.
In the first Prime Climb, we went from shorter, steeper hills, to longer, flatter hills. In this one we flip that – starting with longer, flatter hills, then ending with shorter, steeper grades. Life’s a climb, so let’s start trekking.
~Cat
P.S. If you missed the Original Prime Climb, you can see it here. You don’t have to have taken it to excel on this ride, but do try it soon if you have not. And if you’re not an All Access Pass holder (why not btw), you can download the original Prime Climb here.
