You’re thinking, “Only 20 minutes huh, that’s kind of weak.” Oh yeah, tell me that after it’s over baby because this killer HIIT Training style Spinning Interval class is gonna kick your butt man! We filmed it on a whim so I didn’t have our usual filming mic on so the audio isn’t perfect, but trust me, you’ll get the gist. I drive you through this pyramid HIIT Training ride where what goes up, must come down. To see what I mean, hop on your bike, and let’s do this. 🙂 ~Cat
*DOWNLOAD THIS CLASS TODAY FOR 15% OFF with PROMO CODE: “My15Off” now! We are offering this discount because we didn’t plan to film this class and we used a mic that we do not usually use to film, so you may notice the mic cut out a little. According to all the positive comments you see, that does not take away from the power of this workout though, so get it!*
This workout does not include a cool-down, but we have some great options here!

Are you strapped for time? If so, don’t worry, because that’s plenty of time to slay some calories, crank up that heart rate, and do a little bit of everything on the bike in this just over 20 minute Spin class. You’ll love hitting some jumps, digs, climbs, a triangle drill, and sprints, all bundled up in a nice little musical package just for you.
Strap in now to open up those pores and let the sweat stream out. Short, sweet, and SWEATy. You’re welcome. 🙂
~Brian
*Good news! Audio adjusted to increase instructor’s mic volume!*

If you’re like some of us (ok, most of us), you live to sweat… even on your “rest” day. This 20-minute low-intensity cycling workout is a great way to do that while still giving your muscles the relief they need. Riding to an ultimate mix-up of country and hip-hop tunes, you control the gear, making this ride as easy (like if you’re coming back from a break in your fitness program) or as difficult as your body needs. So, let’s turn up the heat, but keep it on low!

I, Cat, do Wednesday Workout at home each week, and this is one I made up one day and HAD to share with you, because I was soaked when it was over and my core felt jacked (in a good way). You can use either an indoor bike, your body, or a jump rope to play along. Just pick one. All we do is a quick warm up, then 8 rounds where we alternate between a creative core exercise and a cardio move. The most simple workouts are often the best. You’ll see. 🙂
