In RIP Volume 41, we tackle one track at a time, pumping out between 78 to 124 repetitions per track. The legs segments feature Squats, Lunges, and Plyometrics in every plane of motion. Chest and Back strengthen and define the postural muscles that complement one another in helping you confidently stand tall. Triceps presents four exercises to maximize the length and strength of the arm muscles, while Biceps takes us just past 100 reps (cry if you want to). You’ll find Clean & Press only in the Shoulders track, and weighted abdominal exercises in Core.
