This challenging seated strength workout for limited mobility can also be done without any lower body mobility, which is great if you’re rehabbing an injury, cannot stand at all or for long periods of time, or simply looking for a different type of push. By using free weights and a chair, you’ll fire up your core as you also focus on balance with each and every tone-tastic movement. While this workout targets your upper body, it also integrates some optional lower body muscle burners. Pull up a chair and get to work!

Holy good gracious! My arms are on fire. I combined this with spin and feel great! Nice option and not sure if you were mentioning me Brian but foot injury is healed and back to all normal exercises. Did this one on an exercise ball and made the core much tougher!

I am not injured and the only limit to my mobility today is that I’m exhausted! Last thing I wanted to do is workout but Friday is strength training day so I figured I’d try sitting down and working out. Not only did I complete the class, which wasn’t a given, but I enjoyed it!! Thanks so much Brian – great class…injury or limited mobility not required!!

Awesome as always, I’m fighting muscle spasms in my lower back and was able to do most of this – even the twisting was okay if I sat back in the chair to support my back. And, I laughed out loud when you pulled the flash dance move…so thanks for that 🙂

Wow, that was great! I had to drop my weight right off the bat. Was surprised to see how much harder the chest and shoulder and bicep exercises were doing them seated. Great class Brian!!

Thank you for offering this class. i am currently in an arm cast due to a fall playing pickle ball. UGH. l was able to do all of these strength moves (minus the arm with the cast).
