I did this workout after my mom purchased the $5 upgrade to get these extra classes. Just did this workout with my barbell at home. I have never done a workout like this so I previewed it first to figure out what weight I would use. It was SO good. I thought maybe I wouldnt get a workout in without serious cardio (like the bike!) but I did. I feel strong and powerful! Cant wait to do more RIP. Thanks SSOD!
