What Is Fitness Fusion?

Simply put, a fusion workout is when two, usually quite different, types of workouts are combined into an all new fitness experience. This combination means that participants reap the rewards of not one, but two different areas of exercise at the same time. So whereas one workout may involve weight training and strength building, another may focus on cardiovascular health. In short, we get the best of both worlds in every workout. With Fitness Fusion, it’s no different — every time we get into a fusion workout, we’re pushing our body away from homeostasis (in other words, your comfort zone), into some real gains. This new found challenge may come a bit slowly at first, but stick with it, and positive changes come in no time. 

Helping Prevent Injury: As fitness experts, there’s nothing we dislike more than incidences of preventable injuries, and it turns out that some of the most common of these occur while repeating the same movement, over and over. When we get complicit with our workouts, going through the same motions repeatedly, our minds may wander, causing us to forget to pay attention and voila — a perfectly preventable injury occurs. But when we dive into a fusion workout, we’re always kept on our toes, literally and figuratively, resulting in less injury.
