Class Description

Get ready to fire it up with speed work, intervals and jumps. Our focus will be on delivering power while keeping the RPMs on the higher end of the scale. Even the hills will test your power/cadence ratio. Waste no time; 30 minutes is enough to get it done and then some, if, and only if you spin to win!
