This ride focuses on reducing cadence to maximize leg strength. We will alternate flat rides and climbs, while making sure our focus is on leg speed. The sections of the ride that increase speed, do so to practice a proper push-pull technique. We will finish with a powerful incline ride that will absolutely blows up our legs! Hurts so good. Think results. Think change.
