  • 4 Week Challenge
  • Each participant is challenged to get in a minimum of 3 Studio SWEAT workouts per week, for 4 Weeks in a Row.  It will not count if a participant does 4 workouts one week and 2 workouts the next.  If a participant does not successfully complete 3 workouts per week for 4 weeks in a row they will not be entered into the raffle at the conclusion of the challenge.
  • Participants must comment upon completion of each class on the class page, that’s how we will know you completed your 3 workouts per week for 4 weeks!
  • Dates are Jan 9 to Feb 4
  • The cost is $19 for Studio SWEAT onDemand participants.
  • There will be a Discussion board for all participants to interact throughout the Challenge.
  • Participants will be entered into a raffle for prizes if they successfully completed the Challenge.
  • Participants will get a 4 Week Nutrition Plan to use during the Challenge they can choose to use or lose (does not impact whether or not they are entered in the raffle.
