Here’s how you compete in the challenge:
- Must do 6 SSoD classes between September 13th-26th.
- Each class must be from a different class category (Learn how to filter by class category here)
- Each SSoD class must be a minimum of 20 minutes.
- You can choose any SSoD class in each different class category (as long as its 20 minutes or longer)
- Comment or Post. After each class, do one of the below:
- If you have Social Media– Tag @studiosweat on IG or @studiosweatondemand on Facebook and use #StudioSWEATFit to post a pic of you and/or the class to your Personal Facebook or Instagram.
- If you do NOT have Social Media– Comment on the class with #SSoDback2class
- Private Facebook group for all challenge participants!
