Nutrition is key to supporting your health and fitness goals and our 21-Day Shred Nutrition Challenge is just the thing to set you up for success this summer! Whether you’re looking to trim down, gain muscle definition, or just get shredded, this challenge is expertly designed to help you reach your goals. This entails three weeks of (4) meals and (3) snacks per day where you’ll be eating leaner and snacking smarter… even while on the go! Plus, you’ll be a part of a supportive community of SSoD Komrades (Private Facebook Group) who will be shredding right alongside you!
