- Set of Medium dumbbells (example for ladies 3 to 6 lbs & guys 6-10 lbs)
- Set of Heavier dumbbells (example for ladies 6 to 10 lbs & guys 8-20 lbs)
- Resistance Band with Handles (only needed for select classes)
Ready, set, climb & race! Let’s get SWEATy in this 60 minute jam-packed Spin & Sculpt with SSoD favorite, Mere W. It all starts with a long climb which levels off so, naturally, we sprint! The ride continues with some endurance work before wrapping up with some epic sprints to really heat the body before we jump to the floor to carve it up.
We’ll hit our upper body & core first with some combo moves designed to lengthen and lean out those muscles. Then we’ll finish off this killer Spin Strength Fusion class with some of the best lower body exercises out there, as well as tackle a killer arm workout to really tone your buns and guns. Expect to see your Maximum Burn!
