Get your mind focused and ready to ride. After we get moving, we’ll go right into tackling a hill that might intimidate some, but not us! At the top we’ll breakaway from the pack with some fat burning ‘fast, faster and fastest’ intervals. Hit the reset button people, because next we do it again! Choose your resistance wisely to keep your heart rate elevated during the intervals and steady and strong on the climb as we build strength in those amazing legs & lungs. I know, I’m pumped too.
