Spin. SWEAT. Repeat. In this killer 50 Minute Spinning Workout, you’ll cycle in a simple repeating pattern of an endurance ride, jumps, hills, & sprints! The set is repeated 3 times, but the time’ll fly by. You won’t waste a second in this Spinning class, so be sure to take a sip of water when you need to, then get right back at it.
Finish it off with a quick stretch, and if you’ve got the time and desire, let the tape roll so you can follow along with 8 mins of bonus abs at the end that will crush that core. Let’s workout!
