Just imagine you’re spending the day on the mountain when you clip into skis…oops, we mean the pedals of your bike in this Spin class that simulates the mixed terrain of ski or snowboarding slopes. The drills change with every song, getting your heart rate up while challenging and strengthening your legs and lungs to condition you for winter sports season. Pedal hard to earn that downhill rush!
