I have been working out my whole life, getting in and out of different sporting activities. Since starting SSoD back in Feb 2013, I have noticed huge improvements with my health and body that all my previous fitness trainings didn't give me! I was doing pretty good and training hard with my SSoD favorite classes, but it wasn't until the Back Stage Pass came along that I really understood what Cat always says... out of your comfort zone is when magic happens!!! I've been pushing myself with different trainers (not just my fav's) different workouts and different tools, Dumbbells, resistance band, TRX And body weight only.So I'll said No more you can see the changes on the first pic back on October/2014, and the second one just now Feb 26/2015... So yes I am so dang proud of the results because I feel better and fitter in my 40s than I was on my 20's. THANK YOU CAT for guiding and leading this amazing journey!!!First pic is me with 110 lb kind of skinny-fat type of body and the last 2 pics are me with 114 lb. Yes! I have gained good muscle weight since I began following the workouts from my backstage pass!!!
