What is your Return and Exchange Policy for Apparel?
- We accept returns received within 30 days of the original order date.
- Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, and unwashed. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
- You can exchange a product for a different size or exchange the product for any other item from the current merchandise in our SSoD Gear. The product can be exchanged for any other item that does not exceed the value of the exchangeable item.
- If the item meets the criteria, we commit to exchange it or refund the full amount for the item within 10-14 business days.
- Shipping expenses cannot be returned. Purchaser is responsible for shipping to return. We will cover the shipping to send a new item if it’s an exchange.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
How do I return or exchange my items?
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- In your email specify whether it is a return, exchange, or refund you wish to process.
- If it is an exchange, specify which clothing item you would like to exchange for.
- Once you have notified us, we will email you an RMA # that you must include within the package when shipped.
- You can then ship us your return or exchange to the address below:

- If we are processing an exchange for you, once your items have been received we will ship you your exchanged items.
- If we are processing a refund for you, once your items have been received we will issue you your refund.
Once I’ve placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?
Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days, and standard Ground Shipping orders arrive in 7 to 10 business days.
