We offer a SOLID VARIETY OF SPECIALIZED CLASSES. Spinning® classes are our flagship, but that’s not all we have. Below you can check out a full description and short video preview clip for each of our class types!

AB & CORE

Ab & Core Classes

Cat always says, “Strong core, Strong Body.” If you want that you’re gonna love the SSoD Ab & Core Workouts. We have tummy flattening ab workouts that are as short as 4 minutes, as long as 30 minutes, and everything in between. So, whenever you’re in the mood for a hard core (pun so… intended), flat ab making, tummy tightening, mid-section melting workout – press play on one of these.

The 30 Minute Spin Classes are our most watched class here on Studio SWEAT onDemand. Classes in this category will actually range anywhere from 12 to 40 Minutes of Straight up fat melting, cardio crankin’, calorie crushing Spinning. We offer lots of intensity options for these short Indoor Cycling Sessions, so they’re great for beginners and hard riders alike. And, they’re perfect for those days where you just want to break a sweat!

StraightUp Spin Classes

Welcome to the rides of your life – ya better bring a towel because you’re gonna get drenched. The good news is that that sweat represents fat just melting of that body. The most popular StraightUp Streaming Spin workouts are about 45 to 60 minutes, but our library of fat melting, cardio crushin’, leg toning Spinning classes range from 40 to 90 minutes of burn, burn, burn. This deep stretch class will improve joint flexibility, free stagnation in the muscle tissue, lubricate the joints and foster a quiet, meditative state. The class infuses dance and yoga inspired stretches with some intuitive movement. You will be asked to listen and feel what your body is requesting, and to adapt the stretches accordingly. This class is approximately 20 minutes and is appropriate for all levels.
