    This ride is all about clean work and controlled intensity. You’ll tackle 23 fast-moving 30/30 intervals broken into two focused blocks, separated by a smooth flat road to reset and refocus. The final 10 minutes deliver continuous tempo combo moves that challenge your strength.

    Energy Comeback Bike Bootcamp

    Join Miriam and Katie for a ride-and-floor Bootcamp designed to help you call your energy back from all the places modern life drains it. We’re not conserving energy here — we’re creating it.

    Your class flows in waves of floor (warm up/mobility)→ bike → floor → bike → floor, finishing with a lyrical “come home to yourself” ride so you can step back into your life more charged, clear, and connected.

    Release & Reimagine: Moving Meditation

    In this guided moving meditation, we imagine ourselves as a bound ball of yarn — each thread a layer of rules, traditions, habits, and beliefs we’ve carried over time. Through breath and gentle movement through the chakras, we begin to softly unravel those threads — not to destroy, but to create space. As the layers loosen, spaciousness unfolds, allowing room for reimagining and softer truths to emerge.

    This practice is both grounding and expansive, connecting us inward to our truest selves and outward to the world around us. We close with the rain stick, a reminder of our connection to all living things — air, creatures, and each other — carrying that circle of love and spaciousness forward.
