Quick 25 minute ride? I thought so, but we had way too much energy to stop there… so it went 38 minutes…. MY BAD! We start with heart charging intervals bringing the sweat on right away, then without missing a beat we dig into tempo based jumps. Those jumps blend into a strong set of sprints and resistance loading drills. THINK TOUGH because you’re gonna have to grit the teeth and break through a barrier by the time we get to that point. Endurance is where the focus lands towards the end, where you’re gonna have to think it’s “All me.” Git it.
