    You’re gonna fire it up from top to toe in this High Speed 40-Minute Rhythm Cycle Class that totally brings the burn! Your arms and legs will work together with killer choreographed movements, and your core will be screamin’ on the heavy climbs and isolations. You’ll also get a couple of sweat-soaking tracks running at high speed. Let’s grab that rhythm and run!

    Pro Tip: For cycling classes with lots of choreo, upper body movements, or high cadence drills, try moving your handlebars higher. It makes a big difference.

    60 Min Couple’s Therapy Ride

    Relationships, like a Spin class, have moments of intensity, conflict, struggle, triumph, and peace. So, we decided to combine all those stages for an hour of Couple’s Therapy, Studio SWEAT style!!!!

    Stage 1 = Fitness Zones 4 & 5 bursting into passion, conflict, nerves, and many other breathless moments.

    Stage 2 = Fitness Zones 3 & 4 bringing waves of intensity, strategy, calculation, endurance, and compromise.

    Stage 3 = Fitness Zones 2 & 3 ushering in comfort, fierce loyalty, playfulness, and commitment.

    No Repeat Cycle 2 (45 Min Spin)

    You know a class is great when you’re begging for a sequel like this one. So hop on your bike and join Trainer Fred for a reprise of his no-repeat Spin class with Fred, where you’ll only tackle each drill once (ya know…cuz they don’t repeat!). The beginning of the class you’ll get longer, seated endurance intervals, along with long strength-building standing climbs. Once you check those off, the intervals will get shorter, challenging you to increase your intensity and power. You’ll wanna put this one on repeat!

    9 Fat-Frying Palindrome Moves (60 Min Cycle)

    WHAT Moves?! Yes, that’s right…PALINDROME moves! You’ll follow a sequence of 9 torching, all terrain moves: A-B-C-D-E-D-C-B-A for 4 rounds! Each round will get progressively longer, but trust us, the time will fly by. Anyway, don’t panic! Those longer all-out bursts include recovery…you’ll need it! That sizzle you’ll hear is your fat frying – !WOW! By the end you’ll be using another palindrome, so hit play, crank up the volume, and let’s ride.

    45 Min Cycle: Climb, Jump, Sprint

    This easy to follow cycling workout is not easy, but you can do it! It’s a Spin class with drills that are simple climbs, jumps, and sprints – and none of those are walks in the park. Be sure you’ve got your muscles burning and sweat pouring, as each of the three three-song working sets gets progressively harder. Dig deep and earn that active recovery and final stretch!
