TRX®Cardio Classes (New!)
Want that long & lean look? During this full hour class burn fat away with heart pumping cardio drills intermixed with body sculpting exercises using TRX® Suspension training. You’ll improve your strength, balance, and flexibility while dropping inches!

TRX®Sculpt Classes (New!)
A core-powered, complete body sculpting workout using TRX® Suspension Training, along with other trainer favorite tools. Expect a total body workout, centered on core strength, and relying mostly on your body and free weight, instead of machines. The goal is a strong, solid, sexy body. Go git it!

Spin®Sculpt Classes
Ever hear the saying, “More muscle means less fat”? That quote defines Studio SWEAT onDemand‘s Spin®Sculpt hour where participants burn it up on the bike one minute, then hit the floor to pump it up the next. Hello ‘Right to BARE Arms’ and long lean legs.

StraightUPSpin® Classes
Straight up fat melting, power cardio Spin® class. That’s right, stay on that bike, but don’t get comfortable because, as Cat says… “You gotta get comfortable being uncomfortable. CRAVE that burn. That’s how you get results.” Classes range from 45-90 minutes. Studio SWEAT onDemand’s gonna give it to ya, StraightUPSpin®.

SpeedSculpt Classes
Full Body Strength Training for those days you don’t have a lot of time! The idea is to hit every major muscle group using limited equipment (no bike needed) in 30 minutes or less.

Training (AKA Small Group Training & Boot Camp) Classes
Time to carve up that body! Your trainer will guide you through body sculpting strength training drills where the idea is… MORE MUSCLE, LESS FAT! Yep, firm it all up AND expect calorie crushing cardio blasts so you can actually see that muscle you worked so hard to build. Git it!

Ab Attack
Nothin’, but core work! 10-30 minutes devoted to flattening and sculpting the midsection. Gonna hit obliques, posture muscles of the mid & lower back, and of course that 6-pack! Expect to be a little sore cuz it’s gonna hurt so good!
